Untuk siapa saringan menyeluruh berbaloi
Panel yang lebih luas berbaloi dengan kosnya apabila ada sesuatu untuk dicari. Apabila tiada, saringan yang lebih kecil menjawab soalan yang sama dengan kos yang lebih rendah, dan kami akan beritahu anda.
- Anda berumur lebih empat puluh tahun dan belum pernah membuat ultrasound abdomen
- Ada diabetes, penyakit jantung, penyakit hati atau kanser awal dalam keluarga
- Ukuran pinggang, tekanan darah atau bacaan terakhir anda semakin menghala ke arah yang salah
- Anda minum alkohol secara tetap, atau pernah diberitahu sekali tentang hati anda
- Anda mahukan gambaran penuh, bukan sekadar minimum, dan lebih suka ia diputuskan oleh doktor
Jika anda berumur dua puluhan, sihat dan tiada sejarah keluarga, ini bukan peringkat untuk bermula. Saringan biasa ialah jawapan yang jujur, dan kosnya lebih rendah.
Apa yang ditambah oleh pemeriksaan kesihatan menyeluruh
Semua yang diliputi oleh saringan biasa, kemudian bahagian yang memerlukan peralatan atau mengambil masa lebih lama daripada cabutan darah.
- Panel darah lebih luas
- Lebih daripada gula dan kolesterol: fungsi hati dan buah pinggang sepenuhnya, kiraan darah penuh, fungsi tiroid dan asid urik jika wajar. Yang mana dijalankan masih diputuskan semasa perbincangan dengan doktor.
- Ultrasound abdomen
- Bahagian yang paling mengubah apa yang ditemui oleh saringan. Hati berlemak, batu hempedu dan penemuan buah pinggang biasanya senyap, dan inilah cara ia benar-benar dilihat, bukan dianggarkan daripada keputusan darah.
- Saringan serviks, bagi wanita
- Ujian Pap, termasuk pada peringkat ini. Ia menemui perubahan pada serviks bertahun-tahun sebelum ia menjadi apa-apa, dan itulah sebab utama ia wujud.
- Ujian pantas HIV percuma
- Generasi keempat, tanpa nama, keputusan dalam kira-kira dua puluh minit. Ia disertakan pada mana-mana lawatan, sama ada anda membuat ujian lain ataupun tidak.
- Perbincangan yang lebih panjang
- Lebih banyak perlu dibincangkan bermakna lebih banyak masa untuk membincangkannya. Sesi penjelasan keputusan ialah bahagian yang menukar sederet angka menjadi sesuatu yang boleh anda ambil tindakan.
Bagaimana saringan menyeluruh berjalan
Datang dalam keadaan berpuasa
Lapan hingga sepuluh jam, air kosong sahaja. Gula dan lipid kedua-duanya ada dalam panel ini, dan kedua-duanya terjejas oleh sarapan.
Perbincangan dahulu
Sejarah kesihatan, sejarah keluarga, dan apa yang pernah anda buat sebelum ini. Di sinilah panel dimuktamadkan, termasuk apa-apa yang anda mahu tambah.
Ujian darah, kemudian ultrasound
Imbasan dibuat dalam lawatan yang sama. Pundi kencing tidak perlu penuh untuk imbasan abdomen, tetapi berpuasa menjadikan pundi hempedu lebih jelas dilihat.
Saringan serviks, jika berkenaan
Dibuat dalam lawatan yang sama, atau ditempah berasingan jika anda lebih suka. Ia tidak dibuat semasa haid.
Keputusan, dijelaskan
Oleh doktor yang memesannya. Bacaan tidak normal adalah perkara biasa dan kebanyakannya tidak serius, dan itulah tepatnya sebab ia perlu dijelaskan, bukan dihantar melalui e-mel.
Apa yang pemeriksaan penuh boleh dan tidak boleh singkirkan
Peringkat yang lebih luas menemui lebih banyak. Ia tidak menemui segalanya, dan perbezaannya wajar difahami dengan jelas sebelum anda membayar.
Apa yang ia temui
- Hati berlemak, batu hempedu dan penemuan buah pinggang, dilihat pada imbasan, bukan dianggarkan
- Diabetes dan pradiabetes, dan tahap sebenar kolesterol anda
- Perubahan pada serviks, bertahun-tahun sebelum ia menjadi apa-apa
- Anemia, penyakit tiroid dan kemerosotan buah pinggang yang tiada gejala
Apa yang ia terlepas

Perkara paling lazim yang dijumpai oleh ultrasound, dan yang paling kerap diabaikan kerana ia langsung tidak menyebabkan gejala.

Untuk kekurangan yang kadangkala dijumpai oleh saringan, apabila pil tidak berkesan atau tidak dapat diterima badan.

- Doktor anda
- Setiap doktor di sini dinamakan di laman web ini bersama latihan mereka, dan seorang daripadanya ialah Pakar Perubatan Keluarga dalam Daftar Pakar Kebangsaan. Anda dirawat oleh doktor, bukan dinilai di kaunter.
- Rekod anda
- Disimpan dalam sistem klinik sendiri yang disulitkan, bukan di atas kertas dalam laci, jadi doktor yang merawat anda dapat melihat sejarah kesihatan anda sepenuhnya.
- Susulan anda
- Soalan selepas rawatan dan ubat ulangan terus kepada doktor yang merawat anda melalui WhatsApp, bukan melalui kaunter hadapan.
- Masa anda
- Datang tanpa temu janji setiap hari sehingga 8 malam. Klinik ini telah berkhidmat di Kepong Baru sejak 1981, dan kebanyakan perkara di halaman ini selesai dalam satu lawatan.

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The interior design is tasteful and calming, using warm colors and great lighting that made my visit much less anxious. It felt more like a wellness center than a clinic.
