全面健康检查对谁值得
较广的检查组合，在确实有东西可找时才值得它的费用。没有的时候，较小的检查用更低的费用就能回答同样的问题，我们会直说。
- 四十岁以上，从未做过腹部超音波
- 家族中有糖尿病、心脏病、肝病或早发癌症
- 腰围、血压或上一次的各项数值一直往不好的方向走
- 规律饮酒，或曾经被告知过肝脏有问题
- 想要一幅完整的图像而不是最低限度，并且宁可由医生来决定
如果您二十多岁、健康、没有家族病史，这不是该开始的一层。标准健康检查才是如实的答案，费用也更低。
全面健康检查多做了什么
标准健康检查涵盖的全部项目，再加上需要仪器、或比抽血花更多时间的部分。
- 更广的血液检验
- 不只血糖与胆固醇：完整的肝肾功能、全血球计数，必要时加验甲状腺功能与尿酸。实际验哪些，仍在问诊时决定。
- 腹部超音波
- 最能改变检查结果的部分。脂肪肝、胆结石与肾脏问题通常没有症状，这是真正看见它们的方式，而不是从血液报告推测。
- 女性子宫颈抹片
- 子宫颈抹片，包含在这一层之内。它能在子宫颈病变成为问题的几年前发现它，这正是它存在的全部理由。
- 免费 HIV 快速检测
- 第四代检测，可匿名，约二十分钟出结果。任何一次到诊都附送，无论您是否做其他检查。
- 更长的问诊时间
- 要谈的更多，就需要更多时间去谈。结果解说是把一组数字变成您能采取行动的东西的那一部分。
全面健康检查的流程
空腹来诊
空腹八到十小时，只喝水。血糖与血脂都在这组检查里，两者都会受早餐影响。
先问诊
病史、家族史，以及以前做过什么。检查项目在这里定案，包括您想加的项目。
抽血，然后做超音波
扫描在同一次到诊完成。腹部扫描不需要憋尿，但空腹能让胆囊看得更清楚。
子宫颈抹片，如适用
可以同一次做，也可以另约。经期中不做。
解说结果
由开单的医生解说。异常数值很常见，多数不严重，这正是需要解说而不是用电邮寄出的原因。

较广的一层找得到更多，但不是什么都找得到。付费之前，值得把其中的差别弄清楚。
它找得到的
- 脂肪肝、胆结石与肾脏问题，在扫描上看见而不是推测
- 糖尿病与糖尿病前期，以及胆固醇实际的位置
- 子宫颈病变，在成为问题的几年前
- 没有症状的贫血、甲状腺疾病与肾功能受损
它找不到的
- 大多数癌症，任何一般性的健康检查组合都不是为了找出癌症而设计的
- 胸腔或大肠内的问题，腹部扫描照不到这两个部位
- 只在用力或运动时才出现的心脏问题

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The interior design is tasteful and calming, using warm colors and great lighting that made my visit much less anxious. It felt more like a wellness center than a clinic. 常见问题
- 这和标准健康检查差在哪里？
- 差在更广的血液检验、腹部超音波与子宫颈抹片。其中超音波最能改变检查结果，因为脂肪肝与胆结石都没有症状，只能看见，无法从数值推断。
- 需要空腹吗？
- 需要，空腹八到十小时，只能喝水。血糖与血脂都会受早餐影响，空腹同时也让胆囊在超音波下看得更清楚。
- 要花多久时间？
- 到诊当天请预留约两个小时。血液报告另外发出，结果解说会在报告回来后再安排。
- 「全身检查」是同一件事吗？
- 一般人说的就是这个。但世上没有任何一种检查能检查全身，凡是暗示做得到的套餐，卖的是这个说法，不是那些检查。
- 可以加做项目吗？
- 可以，看诊时提出即可。您具体担心的某件事，是比「它出现在清单上」更好的做检查理由。
- 全面健康检查费用多少？
- RM 230，问诊费已包含。标准检查是 RM 60 与 RM 158。哪一层适合您，在问诊时决定；完整内容在收费一览页。
- 癌症指标正常就没有癌症吗？
- 不是。癌症指标对早期癌症的敏感度有限，正常不代表排除，异常也多数不是癌症。它是辅助，真正的癌症筛检是子宫颈抹片、乳房摄影、大肠镜这类针对单一器官的检查。
