每天掉一些头发是正常的。以下这些型态，才表示真的有事情在发生，而不只是您留意到了排水口的头发。
- 发际线后退，或头顶变稀疏
- 分线变宽，或马尾明显变细
- 生病、生产或压力过后两三个月，突然一把一把地掉
- 数周内出现圆形、光滑的秃斑
- 掉发同时伴随头皮痒、脱屑或疼痛
- 掉发同时伴随疲倦、体重变化或怕冷，这指向甲状腺
时机在这里比在多数疾病里都重要。治疗守得住并加强还在的头发；救不回已经消失的毛囊。
您掉发真正的原因是什么
治疗跟着成因走，所以先评估，再谈产品。
- 男性型与女性型脱发
- 雄性秃，最常见的成因，可由父母任一方遗传。渐进、有型态、持续进展，也是对早期治疗反应最好的一种。
- 休止期脱发
- 在诱因之后两三个月出现的突然弥漫性掉发，诱因包括生病、手术、生产、极端节食或严重压力。诱因处理好之后通常会恢复。
- 荷尔蒙与甲状腺
- 怀孕、生产、更年期，以及甲状腺功能过高或过低。验血就能确定，治好甲状腺就治好了头发。
- 圆形秃与头皮疾病
- 自体免疫造成的圆形光滑秃斑，或伴随头皮痒、脱屑、疼痛的掉发，后者指向需要先治疗的感染或发炎。
- 牵引与化学损伤
- 过紧的发型拉扯毛囊，以及强烈的化学处理。早期可逆，拖得够久就成了永久。
- 营养与药物
- 缺铁、蛋白质不足与过度节食，以及多种常见药物。开任何药之前，两者都值得先查。

哪里变稀、什么时候开始。弥漫性掉发与有型态的后退是不同的问题，答案也不同。
头皮检查
找发炎、脱屑或疤痕，这些不先处理，其他治疗都不会有效。
必要时抽血
甲状腺功能、铁质检查，相关时加验荷尔蒙。这是卖产品的人最常跳过的一步。
对准成因的计划
外用米诺地尔、适合时的口服药、治疗甲状腺或缺铁问题，或注入头皮的 PRP。常常是其中几项一起。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The interior design is tasteful and calming, using warm colors and great lighting that made my visit much less anxious. It felt more like a wellness center than a clinic. 常见问题
- 掉多少头发算正常？
- 每天掉一些是正常的。真正重要的是型态改变：发际线后退、分线变宽、突然一把一把掉，或出现圆形秃斑。
- 头发还长得回来吗？
- 毛囊只是萎缩、还没消失的地方，通常可以。已经光秃多年的皮肤，靠药物治疗不会长回来。这就是及早评估会改变结果的原因。
- 需要抽血吗？

- PRP 对脱发有效吗？

- 压力会造成掉发吗？
- 会。休止期脱发通常在压力期之后两到三个月才出现，而不是当下，所以两者的关联很容易被忽略。
- 米诺地尔要用多久？
- 至少用满三至六个月才评估效果，而且对型态性脱发要持续使用，停用后新长的头发会在几个月内再掉。头几周掉发可能暂时增加，那是旧发被新发推出，属正常。
- 非那雄胺有什么副作用？
- 少数男性会有性欲下降或勃起功能的影响，停药后多数恢复。它不用于可能怀孕的女性。是否适合，在评估时和医生讨论。
- 脱发治疗费用多少？
- 咨询与血液检查的费用视需要验哪些项目而定。外用与口服药物按处方计；PRP 是一个疗程，评估后会有明确的报价。来诊前可以先问我们。
