冲击波治疗可能适合哪些人
它作用在血流上，所以适合因血流引起的勃起问题。疗程之前的评估，就是要确认您的情况是不是这样。
- 轻度至中度的勃起功能障碍
- 与血流减少有关的勃起困难，例如糖尿病或高血压
- 口服药只有部分效果，或您不想依赖药物
- 根本原因已经检查过
对严重的勃起功能障碍，或神经受损（例如前列腺手术之后）引起的勃起困难，它帮助的可能性较低。如果您属于这种情况，医生会直接告诉您。
冲击波治疗如何起作用
低能量冲击波治疗，有时称为 Li-ESWT，用的是声波，而不是针或药物。
- 温和的声波
- 治疗头把低能量的声波传入阴茎体与阴囊后方的部位。您会感到轻微的敲击感。
- 针对血流

一个疗程包含什么
先做评估
您的病史、勃起评分（IIEF-5）、血压、血糖与胆固醇，确认治疗对得上原因。
每一次治疗
您躺下，涂上凝胶，治疗头沿着阴茎体及阴囊后方移动约 15 至 20 分钟。不用打针，也不用麻醉。
整个疗程
通常约六次，每星期一到两次。次数由医生和您一起决定。
复查
疗程结束后再做一次勃起评分，让您和医生都看到有什么改变。
我们使用的仪器
诊所使用 BTL-6000 SWT 进行治疗。它有两种治疗头：聚焦式治疗头把声波集中在选定的深度，放射式治疗头则把声波分散到较宽、较浅的范围。每一次治疗用哪一种治疗头、什么设定，由医生决定。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.
