婚前健康检查适合谁
这是结婚前做一次的检查，回答两个不同的问题：你们其中一方是否带有现在就该治疗的感染，以及你们两人合在一起是否带有在生育之前值得知道的风险。

若需要用州宗教局自己的表格做 HIV 检测，来之前先说。那份表格必须由核准名单内的诊所开立，值得事先确认，而不是当天才发现。
婚前健康检查包含什么
两个不同的任务在一次到诊完成。感染检测关乎现在；带因检测关乎还没出生的孩子。
- HIV
- 采用第四代检测。这是州宗教局要求穆斯林伴侣婚前必须完成的项目，而无论是否对您有此要求，都值得做。
- 乙型肝炎
- 检测表面抗原，找出带原者。它重要，是因为乙型肝炎会在伴侣之间与母婴之间传播，也因为没有免疫力的一方可以接种疫苗。
- 梅毒
- 发现了就能完全治愈；没发现，则可能在怀孕时造成严重伤害。
- 地中海贫血带因状况
- 全血球计数加红血球指数，指数显示有需要时再进一步检测。两人都是带因者，每次怀孕有四分之一机率生下重型患儿，这正是这项检查要找出来的事。
- 血型与 Rh 因子
- 在怀孕前知道，比怀孕中才知道好。
- 德国麻疹抗体，女方检测
- 怀孕早期感染德国麻疹会造成严重的先天缺陷。女方若没有免疫力，怀孕前接种很简单，怀孕后就不能打了。
婚前健康检查的流程
能的话，两人一起来
一次到诊，各抽一次血。分开来也可以，但带因结果要并排一起看才有意义。
简短的问诊
两边的家族史、疫苗史，以及任何一方想验、但不在标准清单上的项目。
抽血
各抽一次。这组检查不需要空腹。
结果，向两位一起解说
每份结果属于受检者本人，也交给本人。两份结果合起来代表什么，特别是带因状况，会向你们两人一起解说。
之后的安排，如果有的话
没有免疫力的接种疫苗，发现问题的接受治疗，两人都是带因者则转介遗传咨询。
婚前健康检查无法替您决定的事
带因不是疾病。多数地中海贫血带因者身体完全健康，而且会一直健康下去，这项结果影响的是将来的孩子，不是带因者本人。被告知是带因者，并不等于被告知生病了。
感染检测也只反映抽血当天的状况。HIV 尤其有空窗期，在暴露之后的这段期间，检测可能是阴性而感染确实存在。所以若近期有过暴露风险，请务必告知，因为时间点会改变结果的参考价值。
而检查不会替您做任何决定。它让两个人在做计划之前掌握同一套事实，这就是它全部的用处。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. - 登记前一至两个月。这样若有人需要接种疫苗或治疗，还有时间完成；若两人都是带因者，也有时间做遗传咨询。
