早泄的原因
生理原因与心理原因往往互相影响，所以看诊时两方面都会看。
生理因素
- 勃起困难，为了怕软掉而急着结束
- 前列腺发炎（前列腺炎）或尿道感染
- 甲状腺功能亢进
- 阴茎较敏感
心理与关系因素
- 表现焦虑，常常是因为上一次的经验
- 压力、情绪低落或睡眠不足
- 关系紧张，或长时间没有性生活
- 早年必须匆忙结束的经验
早泄怎么治疗
医生在评估之后从以下方法中挑选。多数人只需要其中一两项，不是全部。
- 自己练习的技巧
- 停顿法与挤压法，在几个星期内训练控制力。不花钱，常常是第一步。
- 盆底肌训练
- 加强控制射精的肌肉，在家做运动，或在合适时使用诊所的 EMS 治疗椅。
- 麻醉喷剂或药膏
- 性行为前使用的局部麻醉药，降低敏感度；配合安全套使用，或先擦掉，避免伴侣也被麻醉。
- 药物
- 延迟射精的口服药，在性行为前或每日服用。医生会先检查您正在吃的其他药物，因为有些不能一起用。
- 治疗原因
- 若背后是勃起困难、感染或甲状腺问题，治好它往往也能一起改善时间。
- 谈话辅导
- 独自或与伴侣一起接受辅导，适用于焦虑或关系是其中一部分原因的情况。
看诊时会做什么
了解病史
是一直以来都这样，还是最近才开始；多常发生；勃起是否也有问题。每一个答案都指向不同的方向。
您整体的健康
排尿症状、甲状腺症状、目前的用药与情绪。若病史显示有值得查的原因，会安排验血。
有需要时做检查
例如有疼痛或灼热感时，这可能指向感染或前列腺发炎。
一个您同意的计划
通常是以上治疗中的几项组合，几个星期后复诊，看看有什么改变。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. The interior design is tasteful and calming, using warm colors and great lighting that made my visit much less anxious. It felt more like a wellness center than a clinic.
