外泌体到底是什么
细胞之间以释放微小的膜性颗粒来沟通，这些颗粒携带蛋白质与遗传讯息，就是外泌体。干细胞对周围组织所起的作用，有很大一部分似乎是透过它们完成的，而不是干细胞自己变成了新的组织。
直接使用外泌体的思路就在这里：把讯息本身送到，而不是送去那个原本要发出讯息的细胞。
与 PRP、干细胞注射的分别
三种治疗，分别就在注射进去的是什么。
- PRP
- 在就诊当天以您自己的血液制备，浓缩其中的血小板与其携带的生长因子。三者之中最为成熟，在膝关节退化上的应用纪录也最长。
- 干细胞治疗
- 导入细胞，用以支持关节的修复。
- 外泌体治疗
- 导入讯息颗粒本身，不含细胞。三者之中最新，在这里是众多选项之一，而不是用来取代其他选项。
哪些已知，哪些未知
实验室与早期临床的研究确实令人期待，而「令人期待」正是此刻准确的说法。目前还不存在的，是足以让人有把握说出预期疗效的长期、大规模试验证据。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.
