ZSR 吻合器实际上做的是什么
传统割包皮先切除包皮，再以缝线闭合创口。这是两个分开的步骤，也是两处各自可能出血与感染的地方。
吻合器把两件事合成一个动作。内筒置于包皮之下，外环向内合拢，在同一次动作中完成切除，并以一圈细密的钉合封住创缘。由于切除与闭合同时完成，手术时间较短，创缘也比手工缝合更为整齐。外观较为平整，多半就是来自这份整齐。

吻合器术式

不适合用它的情况
- 解剖结构使器械难以贴合
- 当下有感染，需要先治疗
- 包皮非常紧，选择术式之前需要先评估
- 既往发炎留下的明显疤痕
- 凝血疾病，或正在服用抗凝血药物

术式由检查决定。以下就是检查时据以决定的事项。
- 目前的用药清单，尤其是抗凝血药
- 本人或家族的任何凝血疾病
- 包皮过紧、反复发炎或疤痕的任何病史
- 当下有没有感染，有的话会先治疗
- 您的偏好，医生会听取，但它不是决定因素
您可以说明自己的偏好。决定是否合适的，是解剖结构、疤痕与您的病史。
术后
钉合环会留在原处，创口在其下愈合，并随愈合过程自行分离。这一点由复诊时检查，而不是由您在家自行判断。
完全愈合需时四至六周，与其他割包皮术式相同，术后护理的方式也相同，详见恢复与护理页。

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months. The level of care provided was excellent, and the treatment received was highly effective. Healthcare environments can sometimes feel stressful, but this clinic has a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. - ZSR 和传统割包皮外观有什么分别？
- 吻合器的创缘由器械一次成形，比手工缝合更平整，疤痕通常呈一圈整齐的细线。传统术式在技术好、护理得当的情况下疤痕也不明显，但整齐度较依赖缝合。
- 手术当天可以自己开车回去吗？
- 可以，局部麻醉不影响驾驶。不过术后第一天有些人会觉得不适，有人陪同会比较轻松。
