PRP、干细胞，两者有什么分别
这两个名字常被混用，但它们不是同一种治疗。哪一种适合您的膝盖，在评估时决定。

整个约诊大约30至35分钟，在诊所内完成，结束后您可以自己走路离开。

医生检查膝盖，并了解您的病史。关节的状况决定任何注射是否合理，以及该从哪一种开始。
抽血
从手臂抽约40毫升，在约诊一开始进行，和一般验血一样。
准备
血液在您等候期间以离心机分离，把富血小板血浆与红血球分开。
注射
注射入关节，一边膝盖之后再另一边。这是注射而不是手术，多数人感觉到的是压力多于疼痛。

注射之后
当天就可以离开，多数人直接回去上班或照常办事。膝盖酸痛、僵硬或轻微肿胀一两天很常见，这是关节对注射的反应，会自己消退。
多数人在几个星期内感觉到变化，而不是几天内。需要打几次，要看关节的状况与对第一次注射的反应，医生会在评估时说明，而不是一开始就卖您一套配套。
- 酸痛可以吃扑热息痛（paracetamol）。服用布洛芬这类消炎止痛药之前先问医生，因为它们可能削弱血小板的作用
- 照常走路，头几天避免跑、跳和提重物

The clinic is clean, the staff are professional and welcoming, incredibly efficient. The clinic interior design also calming and made my visits less anxious. The doctors here (Dr. Chan & Dr. Kon - sorry if misspelled) are very attentive, explain briefly to me what the do's and don'ts on after care treatments and for future preventions. I also just learned that this clinic is specialized in skin problems and i refer my dry and ictchy skin problems on my fingers. I've been put some plasters to hide the crack and dry skin for months.
